Josh Frazier
Student Pastor
Josh joined the Cross Pointe team in 2010 as Student Ministry Associate and currently serves as our Student Pastor. He really enjoys the role of making an impact on the lives of students for Christ, and seeing students grow in their relationship with Christ. "I love Cross Pointe Church because we actually do what we say we will do," says Josh. "Our mission is Love God, Serve Others, and Share Our Story. We try whole heartedly to do this in everything we do."
Josh came to Christ early, and solidified his relationship in his teenage years. "I asked Jesus to be the Lord and Savior of my life at the age of 7, though it wasn't until my freshman year of high school that I began to follow Christ whole heartedly. I have been following and living for Christ ever since," he explains. "I thought I could gain my way to heaven by doing good deeds and being a really nice and friendly guy. God makes it clear in scripture that there is absolutely no way for me or anyone to earn there way into heaven. Only by Jesus, we can enter into a relationship with the Father. Jesus is the Life, Truth, and Way!"
Josh and his wife, Crystal, have been married for two years. No children... yet!
Favorite Scripture: Philippians 2:12-13. "Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed...continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose." God chooses to use us in doing His will! What a privilege and honor!
How Josh likes to spend free time: "I like hanging out with friends. And when I have free time I like making and meeting new friends. I try my best to spend a lot of time at Starbucks and Chick-fil-a."
Worst gift Josh ever got: "Toe socks... those things were never cool."
Favorite team: Clemson Tigers
Favorite food: "Chick-fil-a Combo #1 with extra pickles, large sweet tea and a big fry with two packets of Chick-fil-a sauce."

Famous person Josh would liked to meet: "Steve Jobs... I would like to give him a hug and tell him thanks for making the Apple computer. I love it!"
Josh's best vacation: "To Jamaica on my honeymoon with Crystal."
Josh's favorite musical artists: Family Force Five, Lecrae, KJ52, NeedtoBreathe, Shane & Shane
Something Josh learned from his parents: "It was my parents that introduced me to Jesus. My dad was the first one to share Christ with me. They both taught me how to work hard."
In high school, Josh was most likely to: "Be the all around nice kid. I was seriously voted most friendliest!"
