First Links: Birth - 24 Months
This is the beginning stage of planting seeds of God’s love in a child’s heart. First Links provides a safe and secure environment where a child will feel nurtured and loved while discovering God’s world.
- Concepts. God made everything, including me. God loves me and gave me a family.
- Partnering. Pray for and with your children; introduce them to Bible stories and songs. Embrace teachable moments as a child discovers God’s love and His world.
- Events. Parent-Child Dedication is a special time where parents celebrate their family addition, and commit to raise their children in a Christ-centered home.
First Links: 24 Months - Kindergarten
Preschoolers build on discovery concepts previously learned as spiritual seeds begin to sprout. Our ongoing commitment to a safety and security allows children a place to explore.
- Concepts. God made me for a reason. He takes care of me. He sent His Son because of my sin. The Bible is God’s Word and I can trust it.
- Partnering. Parents assume a deeper role as the primary spiritual educator in the home (Deuteronomy 6:6), expanding teachable moments into family devotion and prayer time.
- Events. Kindergarten Graduation helps families make the transition from First Links to Kidz K’Nextion.
CPKidz: Grades 1-4
Kids are questioning the world they have discovered, wondering how relationships, circumstances and actions apply to their lives.
- Concepts. Kids will learn biblical answers to three important life questions: “Who am I?” “What do I believe?” and “How do I live it out?”
- Partnering. Throughout these years, Cross Pointe provides resources to help parents in their family worship time and how to lead their children toward Christ.
- Events. Our Adventure Class equips parents to begin a spiritual journey with their children. Family Worship events let kids and parents experience worship together.
Fifty6: Grades 5-6
This ministry meets the special needs of preteens as they transition to their teenage years. Preteens understand core spiritual concepts and can begin to demonstrate those in their daily lives.

Jr. Varsity: Grades 7-8
Jr. Varsity students are imaginative and brave. They are asking lots of questions, but can demonstrate their faith in growing knowledge of the Bible and by sharing it with others.
