First Impressions Ministry
The First Impressions area brings organization to our church’s hospitality efforts. Volunteers help everyone feel welcome and at home in our large congregation, as well as facilitate crowd control and special assistance to attendees at our church and worship services. Greeter/Desk Attendants
Volunteers will be positioned at the doors, Connections Center and Guest Services Desk. They will greet guests and members with a friendly smile, make them feel welcome, and provide general information about Cross Pointe, classes, and service times.
- When: Sunday mornings, 9:15 to 9:50 a.m. or 10:30 to 11:20 a.m.
- Training Offered: Yes
- Time Commitment: 1 hour, every other week

Transportation Ministry
People are needed to help with transportation to and from the Atlanta airport. On occasion we have Pastors, missionaries from other countries and guests who are connecting with Cross Pointe and are not familiar with the Atlanta area.
- When: Varies, usually weekday mornings or afternoons; some early mornings
- Training Offered: None required
- Time Commitment: 1-2 hours, once a month

Ushers
Volunteers will help guests and members find a seat and/or take up the offering in an assigned area.
- When: Sunday mornings, 9:15 to 9:50 a.m. or 10:30 to 11:20 a.m.
- Training Offered: Yes
- Time Commitment: 30 minutes, every other week
- Spiritual Gifts Utilized: Hospitality, Service

Parking Team
Volunteers will help direct traffic flow into and out of the church parking lots and assist drivers with directions while on the church campus.
- When: Sunday mornings, 9:15 to 10:00 a.m., 10:30 to 11:15 a.m., and 12:00 noon to 12:45 p.m.
- Training Offered: Yes
- Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours every other week

Security Team
Volunteers patrol and secure the church campus and buildings. A background check is required for this position.
- When: Sunday mornings, 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. or 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
